iris is an electronic medical record for surgical and clinical missions: patient charts, the day's operating schedule, signed records and team chat, on the phones the team already carries, with or without a connection.
From the morning's board to the last signature, on the phone in your pocket.
One chart per patient: demographics, clinical history, notes and contacts. Records use your organization's own forms, save as they're written, and are signed when they're done. A signed record never changes; corrections are addenda, co-signed where your protocol asks for it.
Cases in order by room, each with its purpose, estimated start time, time remaining and status, so the whole team looks at the same board from the first case to the last.
Channels and direct messages for the mission. Mentions reach people who have muted a channel, urgent messages keep alerting until they're read, and a teammate's name shows on incoming calls.
Everything you write is kept on the device and sent when a connection returns. When two people change the same thing apart, iris shows the conflict instead of silently overwriting either side.
Data is encrypted on the device and in transit, each organization's records are its own, and nothing is written into a phone's Contacts or anywhere else outside the app.
iPhone and iPad, with a layout that uses the larger screen. Android. Apple Watch, for today's schedule and chat replies from the wrist.
iris is in testing with partner teams ahead of the App Store and Google Play. If your mission could use it, or you'd like to see it working, write to us.
